Visitor statistics
We count the views of our pages ourselves, without third-party services. For every view we store the time, the page viewed, the host name of the referring page, the device class (computer, phone or tablet), the browser family, the first language of the browser and the status of the response. We do not count signed-in administrators or automated requests.
We do not store your IP address or your browser’s user agent. To be able to count visitors, we compute a shortened hash value from both and a random key. The key is valid for one day. With the first view of the following day we overwrite it: after that the hash value can no longer be matched to an address, and we do not recognise anyone across several days. The statistics set no cookie and store nothing on your device.
The figures show us which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and which devices and browsers they use. We use them to shape the content and the technology of this website.
We delete the individual views after 90 days. Daily totals without a hash value remain: views and visitors overall, per hour, page, referrer, device, browser and language.
The data stays on the server of this website. We do not pass it on to anyone.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give it in the cookie notice; without your consent we do not count your page views. We read whether you have consented from the cookie that stores your choice. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with the switch below or via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. From then on we no longer count your page views. What we counted before remains stored until the retention period ends.
